I carry camera gear in my day pack, very expensive gear, and while it's weather sealed hardware, I still don't want to risk my hydration pack leaking into the bag with it. I've used CamelBak reservoirs for years without leaking a single drip. After some trial and error (it took about 4 attempts to get it to stop leaking), that in order to stop it from leaking you have to screw the lid so tight you need pliers to get it off (hopefully not by design), or the reservoir that came with my pack is faulty in some way. Read more 5 of 6 people found the following review helpful Seriously Flawed, This review is from: Osprey HydraForm Reservoir (Sports) There is a VERY SERIOUS DESIGN FLAW with this hydration bladder! These bladders do not hold up and leak through the stitching that attaches the bladder to it's plastic support framework. Stitching through the bladder is a bad idea from the start and the fact that I'm on my 3rd bladder in as many months validates that. I was so enamored by this pack the first couple of days I had it that I recommended it to two of my buddies.
